Holiday Feeling

There is a way to keep that special feeling of holidays and birthdays with you all year long.

It is called eBay shopping.  Those packages of delight can arrive any day of the year.  Some are large white padded envelopes with a very business-like label, but a sticker that says "Thank You" or "Have a great Day.".  Some are small padded mailing envelopes in cheerful orange or blue colors.  Other exciting packages may be small, medium , or large U.S. Postal Service boxes.

All of these packages are filled with great items to share with others as gifts on their special days.  Some are just for the pleasure of the person who placed the order.

Oh! There is another package type:  the item that arrives  circled in bubble wrap and lavished with clear tape.  There is no visible evidence as to the contents.  Those can cheer up even the most mundane day by speculation as to the contents.

Some packages may be sent in re-purposed boxes and add the touch of mystery about the seller.

Any of these packages sent  can feel like a birthday or holiday present to myself even though they are gifts to others.

eBay ordering is truly a way to have the fun of prolonging the special feeling of the holidays.

How to maintain the right attitude while working hard

Keeping Upbeat!

As online sellers we often work many many hours very hard.   We have to go back and edit things that we've already done because we found out we did them wrong.   There's a lot of things that happen that can be very frustrating and aggravating.   We can get returns that we know are not really returns.  

Even when these things happen it's easy to maintain a very good attitude.  Look back at the things you've already done see how you overcome obstacles how you learn from your mistakes.   Then look forward and figure out ways to improve on what you're doing now.  If you're thinking is right your attitude becomes right.   The hardest thing is when a big obstacle hits that you were unprepared for.  So the best way to keep a good attitude is try to be prepared for more things.   Try to think ahead and think what things could happen.  Plan, think and figure out a ways to prepare.  For example if you're selling a product don't think every single product you sell is not going to have a return or have damaged in shipping or actually just be damaged from the factory in new in the package that does happen.  In your business model prepare for those things set aside a certain amount to be returned lost and shipping etc.  If you're prepared your less frustrated when these things happen.  

          The sound of Cha Chings from doing the best you can is a good feeling too.

Most of all try to set realistic goals for yourself.  Don't beat yourself up when you can't  do something you thought you could. Work everyday don't put your work off and then it becomes  a chore.   Plan it all out to be done in small increments. 

It is important to remember as sellers to enjoy what we're doing. I always make a point every day to go on Facebook or a social media site and enjoy conversation, or a post for enjoyment of the interactions available. I always make sure that I do that, then go right back to work so I can list list list. 

It's important to enjoy what you do not only for your own peace of mind, but it does make you more effective at doing your job.  You get more things done in less amount of time; because you enjoy what you're doing.  You're not waiting, hesitating or dreading; you're enjoying your work.  If you know it or not that feeling will come through in your listings, and how you as a seller appear to your buyers. 

This is even more important when dealing with buyers in email.   I make sure I do not show anything but a good attitude, to keep upbeat with all communications.  This has helped bad situations become good on a few occasions.

Hard work and good customer service and proper business planning will make things go easier but no matter what there's going to be complications just work through them try and be happy that you can.  Do it and know that you can do it!

Manteniendo optimista!

Como vendedores en línea a menudo trabajamos muchas muchas horas muy duro.   Tenemos que volver atrás y editar cosas que ya hemos hecho porque nos dimos cuenta hicieron mal.   Hay un montón de cosas que suceden que puede ser muy frustrante y agravantes.   Podemos obtener rendimientos que sabemos no son devoluciones.  

Incluso cuando estas cosas suceden es fácil de mantener una actitud muy buena.  Mirar hacia atrás en las cosas que ya has hecho ver cómo superar obstáculos cómo aprendes de tus errores.   Entonces esperamos y averiguar la manera de mejorar en lo que estás haciendo ahora.  Si estás pensando es su actitud se convierte en derecho.   Lo más difícil es cuando un hits de gran obstáculo que no estaban preparados para.  La mejor manera de mantener una buena actitud es tratar de estar preparados para que más cosas, a pensar en el futuro piensa qué cosas podrían suceder.  pensar y averiguar la manera de preparar.  Por ejemplo si usted está vendiendo un producto creo que cada producto que vende no va a tener un retorno o han dañado en el envío o sólo ser dañado de fábrica nuevo en el paquete que.  En su modelo de negocio preparar esas cosas a un lado perdida una cierta cantidad a devolver y envío etc..  Si usted está preparado tu menos frustrados cuando estas cosas suceden.  

Sobre todo tratar de establecer metas realistas para usted.  No castigue cuando no haces algo que pensé que podría.  Trabajo diario no deje su trabajo y entonces se convierte en una tarea.   Plan todo lo posible para hacerse en pequeños incrementos. 

Es importante recordar como vendedores para disfrutar de lo que estamos haciendo. Siempre hacer un punto de cada día en Facebook o un sitio de redes sociales y disfrutar de la conversación, o un post para el disfrute de las interacciones disponibles. Siempre me aseguro que hacer eso, entonces ir de regreso al trabajo por lo que puedo lista lista lista. 

Es importante disfrutar lo que haces no sólo para su propia tranquilidad de mente, pero él le hace más eficaz en su trabajo.  Tienes más cosas en menos tiempo; porque disfrutas lo que haces.  No estás esperando, vacilación o temiendo; Usted está disfrutando de su trabajo.  Si usted sabe o no ese sentimiento vendrá a través de sus anuncios, y cómo usted como vendedor aparece a los compradores. 

Esto es aún más importante cuando se trata con los compradores en correo electrónico.   Me aseguro de que no mostrar nada que no sea una buena actitud, para mantenerse optimista con todas las comunicaciones.  Esto ha ayudado a situaciones malas a ser buena en algunas ocasiones.

Trabajo duro y buen servicio al cliente y planificación de negocios adecuada hará cosas ir más fácil pero trate de no importa de lo que va a ser trabajo sólo complicaciones a través de ellos y ser feliz que se puede.  Hacerlo y sabe que puede hacerlo!
